We are seeking a Strategic Content and Personal Branding Specialist to support the firm’s growth and visibility by producing finance-focused editorial content and developing strong personal branding strategies for partners and the group across social media and digital platforms. The role is highly hands-on, content-driven, focused on clarity, consistency, and that reflects the firm's financial expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Editorial Content Production (Core Responsibility)
- Produce a high volume of written content
- Write clear, structured, and pedagogical content on financial topicssuch asinvestment, taxation, wealth management, financial markets, and financial strategy
- Translate complex financial concepts into accessible, pedagogical editorial content
- Adapt long-form content into multiple formats (articles, social media posts, short-form content)
- Maintain a consistent editorial tone across all publications
- Respect regulatory and compliance constraints related to financial communication
Personal Branding for Partners
- Contribute to the development of partners’ personal brands on social media
- Create and publish content across social media platforms (primarily professional Social Media & Digital Presence networks)
- Support profile positioning, editorial tone, and content angles aligned with each partner’s expertise
- Ensure alignment between personal messaging and the firm’s overall brand
- Write and publish content on behalf of partners (ghostwriting)
- Support the firm’s global social media content strategy
- Participate in editorial planning and content calendars
- Repurpose editorial content for social platforms to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor engagement and audience growth to improve content effectiveness
Editorial Strategy, Monitoring & Optimization
- Contribute to the definition of editorial themes and content pillars
- Perform ongoing monitoring of content performance and engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve formats, angles, and storytelling
- Stay informed on trends in finance, content creation, and digital communication
REQUIRED PROFILE
Skills and Mandatory Technical Skills
- Mandatory to be fluent in French with excellent written French skills (grammar, structure, clarity) and have excellent command of English.
- Strong ability to write about financial topics with accuracy and pedagogy
- Solid knowledge of social media and digital content ecosystems
- Ability to manage high content volumes while maintaining quality
- Comfortable working with editorial calendars and content workflows

- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-oriented
- Autonomous and proactive
- Curious mindset with an interest in finance and markets
- Comfortable working with partners and senior stakeholders
EXPERIENCE
- Background in communication, journalism, marketing, finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in content creation, editorial roles, or personal branding
- Experience with financial or professional services content is a strong plus
COMPENSATION RANGE
Depending on experience and contract type: $65,000 – $85,000 per year.
